For this classic New England home, Curbs Studio was asked to design a comprehensive landscape that honored the traditional architecture while modernizing the property’s function and flow. The result is a polished outdoor environment that balances crisp material detailing with warm, natural textures.

The front yard features a sweeping granite stair and stone wall ensemble, paired with carefully selected lighting to enhance nighttime curb appeal. Around the property, floating step paths, raised herb beds, and a minimalist fire pit patio create a sequence of outdoor rooms tailored for both relaxation and utility. A custom sport court nestled within mature planting offers a playful surprise at the rear of the site. This project is a testament to timeless design—where heritage character and contemporary living coexist in harmony.
